5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Bafmin LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Custom work product developed specifically for a client as part of a service engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bafmin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bafmin LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, client data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policies and any applicable confidentiality obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
